Our process
& Emerge is designed as a self-guided professional development experience rather than traditional 1:1 coaching. We meet individuals where they are by offering thoughtfully designed resources, tools, and topic-based guides that align with different career stages and challenges.
Participants select the resources and topics most relevant to their current situation, whether that’s résumé refinement, interview preparation, career clarity, networking strategy, or skill development. The approach emphasizes practical action, reflection, and momentum-building so individuals can move forward at their own pace with structure and intention.
Our goal is to provide accessible, actionable guidance that empowers individuals to take ownership of their growth while building durable skills and confidence over time.
Who are we?
& Emerge was founded and is led by Carlos B. Martini, a certified career management coach and experienced professional development advocate dedicated to helping individuals articulate their strengths, navigate transitions, and design meaningful career paths; and by Stacy Moore, a college instructor and certified career management coach, working at the intersection of education, career readiness, and emerging technology.
