  • Carlos is a career strategist and career advocate whose work is deeply rooted in empathy, clarity, and long-term well-being. He believes career growth and mental wellness are closely connected, and that confidence, preparation, and support in one’s professional journey can have a lasting impact beyond the job search.

    His coaching focuses on helping individuals navigate career transitions with intention through strong job search etiquette, interview preparation, and effective employer outreach. Carlos supports clients in articulating their experiences, refining their communication, and building strategies that align with their values, strengths, and aspirations.

    A Certified Career Management Coach (CCMC) and former Director of Career Development, Carlos brings extensive leadership experience to his work, along with a bilingual (English–Spanish) approach. He is committed to empowering individuals with the tools, mindset, and confidence needed for meaningful, sustainable career fulfillment.

  • Stacy Moore is a college instructor and Certified Career Management Coach (CCMC) working at the intersection of education, career readiness, and emerging technology. She also spend eight years leading a university career center as the Director of Career Services at a tuition-dependent university. 

    Stacy’s greatest passion is teaching in a way that helps individuals move forward with more clarity and less overwhelm. She believes progress starts when people decide what matters most to them before taking action, and she uses that principle to simplify complex topics in both teaching and coaching. In classrooms, workshops, and project work, she turns what she has tried, refined, and learned into practical guidance others can use right away.

  • Elliot is a design professional with deep experience in tech and digital media, specializing in human-centered, intuitive design. He translates complex ideas into clear, accessible digital experiences that balance usability, aesthetics, and customer needs.

    With a background spanning sales engineering, independent tech consulting, illustration, and over fifteen years in the tech industry, Elliot brings a rare blend of strategic thinking and creative execution. His design work for Phoenix, a company culture rating platform, earned IBA’s 5-Star Insurance Technology Provider award in 2022.

    Known as a “Swiss Army knife” of design, Elliot excels in bringing ideas to fruition through digital media.
